Set up and develop a product design strategy to enlarge each identity of brands and
products and their line-up, systematize every development and production process
including product design/development/production, and carry out various types of
projects such as new product development, contents development, brand expansion,
and brand renewal. Control the overall design processes ranging from product
development and review to test product production within a team and always
communicate with the relevant department when it comes to quality and logistics for
the smooth progress of the project.
The Sales Team is responsible for both domestic and international sales and largely
subdivided into five parts; sales planning/online sales/offline sales/corporate body
sales/international sales. Each part establishes a short/medium-term sales strategy,
analyzes results of sales, and supplies and demands/sells products. Devises the best
sales direction for each brand and product, implements an effective and profitable
sales activity, and smoothly facilitates it.
In charge of establishing a marketing strategy depending on the fundamental business
direction of our company and implementing it and offering information and insight
required for marketing decision-making through thesystematicinvestigation/analysis
on the market and customers. Brand management plans and carries forward a brand
management strategy based on a brand portfolio strategy as a brand director and
manages brand loyalty creation and growth through product development and
communication activities.
A mission of the strategic planning team is to continuously check the current status of
BROS's administration, form a medium/long-term administration strategy, help its
implementation, improve organizational culture, increase members' capabilities, and
move forward to a vision of BROS. Finance/Accounting Team processes data about
cash, commodity bond, and debt fiscally. Based on this, the team finds out cash flow,
reasonable liquidity, and how to increase productivity. The Human Resource
Management Team plans and manages effective human resource operation systems
such as recruiting, job management, evaluation, and reward in order to maximize
administrative results and develop and show members' abilities.
